VIP subscriptions grant access to premium prediction content for the duration purchased. Subscription fees are non-refundable once access has been granted. A subscription remains valid until the predictions in the subscribed slip are concluded (won or lost) or until the specified duration expires, whichever comes first. We reserve the right to modify VIP plan pricing with reasonable notice.
Payments are processed via Paystack (for GHS transactions) and Cashramp (for international/USD transactions). By making a payment, you agree to the terms of the respective payment processor. Enokay69 is not responsible for errors or failures on the part of payment processors. Contact support if you experience payment issues.
Enokay69 accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred as a result of acting on any prediction, tip, or analysis provided on the Platform. You bet at your own risk. Always gamble responsibly and only stake what you can afford to lose.
We encourage responsible gambling. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, please seek help from a professional organisation. Do not use the Platform as a primary source of income. Set personal limits and never chase losses.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. Accounts may be suspended for violation of these terms.
All content on the Platform — including predictions, analysis, graphics, and branding — is the intellectual property of Enokay69. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell any content without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
