Terms & Conditions

Enokay69.com is a trading name of a company incorporated in the Republic of Ghana (referred to as “the Entity”) and is engaged in gaming consultancy and related services to customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”). The services are provided under these terms and conditions and any modifications that may be made from time to time and all other terms, conditions, rules, or operations, or policies that may be made by the Entity. In this agreement, the term “Customer” means the person to whom the Entity is rendering services.

Your access and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the service. By accessing the service, creating an account, and using the service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this contract.

Definitions

Customer: Any visitor to the entity’s website or other party requesting Services.

BetCode:

Any code or betslip specially curated by the employees of the company.

Confidential Information: Confidential Information means any information disclosed by either party to the other party, either directly or indirectly, “BetCode or Slips”, which are received by access gained to the VIP section of the entity’s website. Information communicated orally shall be considered Confidential Information if such information is confirmed in writing as being Confidential Information within a reasonable time after the initial disclosure. Confidential Information may also include information disclosed to a disclosing party by third parties.

These Terms and Conditions shall be binding upon Customers and their agents and assigns, the Entity, and their respective Agents, and representatives.

This agreement may be modified or amended by the Entity at any time. In the event of any modification or amendment, an alert may be placed on the website of the Entity. All modifications and amendments shall become effective as soon as published on the Entity’s website.
The Customer may be required to provide information needed by the Service Provider to provide the services required by the Customer.

Fraud Prevention Policy
  1. Due to ever increasing fraudulent activities, the Entity may have to engage cyber security experts to safeguard the integrity of the information we collect and to prevent any fraudulent activity that may occur. Cardholder name and customer name must match or there must be evidence of relation to the cardholder, or permission granted by the cardholder in the form of valid government issued ID.
  2. The Customer’s name upon sign up must tally with any names used in communication via electronic or physical mediums. The Customer name upon sign up must match government issued identification for communication purposes.
Right to Reject

The Entity reserves the right to reject and refund a payment from a customer where there is a suspicion of fraudulent activity, conduct likely to taint or impair the image of the entity or any like conduct.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
  1. Each party shall not use the Confidential Information of the other party for any purpose except to evaluate and engage in discussions concerning a potential business relationship between the parties. Neither party shall disclose any Confidential Information of the other party to third parties.
  2. Each party shall take reasonable measures to protect the secrecy of and avoid disclosure and unauthorized use of the Confidential Information of the other party. Without limiting the foregoing, each party shall take at least those measures that it takes to protect its own most highly confidential information and shall promptly notify the disclosing party of any misuse or misappropriation of Confidential Information of which it becomes aware.
  3. Each party shall disclose Confidential Information only to those who are required to have the information to evaluate or engage in discussions concerning the contemplated business relationship, and such party shall remain responsible for compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
  4. Each party agrees that any violation or threatened violation of this Agreement may cause irreparable injury to the other party, entitling the other party to seek injunctive relief in addition to all legal remedies.
Severability

In the event any Paragraph(s) and/or portion(s) hereof is found to be invalid and/or unenforceable, then in such event the remainder hereof shall remain in Full force and effect. The Entity’s decision to waive any provision herein, either by conduct or otherwise, shall not be deemed to be a further or continuing waiver of such provision or to otherwise waive or invalidate any other provision herein.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana and relevant International Laws and norms.
