When you register, we collect your full name, phone number, email address, country, and city. When you subscribe to VIP, payment data (such as transaction references and amounts) is processed by our payment providers — we do not store your card details. We also collect basic usage data such as pages visited and session activity to improve the Platform.
We use your data to create and manage your account, deliver predictions and VIP content, process payments and send confirmation emails, respond to support requests, and improve our service. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
Payments are handled by Paystack (for GHS transactions) and Cashramp (for international/USD transactions). These are independent third-party processors with their own privacy policies. We only receive confirmation of payment status — your financial details are handled entirely by them. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
We do not share your personal data with third parties except where required to deliver the service (e.g., payment processors, email delivery providers) or where required by law. Any third parties we work with are obligated to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable law.
The Platform uses an authentication token stored in a cookie ("ek_token") to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies beyond Google Analytics, which collects anonymised usage statistics to help us understand site traffic.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records related to payment transactions).

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Authentication is secured via token-based sessions. The Platform is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has registered, please contact us immediately and we will remove their data.
